Street lighting districts: zoning.

Abstract

Existing law, the Street Lighting Act of 1919, provides for an alternative system for making improvements to street lighting systems, as defined. Existing law authorizes a city to consolidate its lighting systems for improvement in one proceeding, by zoning these systems so that systems of the same or similar general type are grouped together. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to these provisions.
