Physician assistants.

Bill Subjects

Physician Assistants.

Abstract

Existing law, the Physician Assistant Practice Act, provides for the licensure and regulation of physician assistants by the Physician Assistant Committee of the Medical Board of California. Existing law requires the committee to issue a license to all physician assistant applicants meeting specified requirements, including not being subject to denial of licensure, as specified. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to that provision.
