Mobilehomes: rent increases.

Abstract

The Mobilehome Residency Law governs tenancies in mobilehome parks, and imposes various duties on the owners of mobilehome parks and the agents and representatives authorized to act on behalf of the owners. Existing law requires the management of a mobilehome park to give a homeowner written notice of any increase in his or her rent at least 90 days before the date of the increase. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions.
