San Joaquin Valley: water supply.

Abstract

Existing law grants the Department of Water Resources various responsibilities relating to the water resources of the state. This bill would require the department to study the economic impacts of water supply reduction in specified counties in the San Joaquin Valley, and to report its findings to the Legislature on or before January 1, 2011.
