Deadly weapons: concealed firearm license.

Abstract

Existing law regulates the carrying of firearms and authorizes the issuance of a license, as specified, to persons enabling them to carry firearms that are concealed, or loaded, as specified. This bill would deem persons who have a valid permit or license to carry a concealed handgun issued by Arizona, Nevada, or Oregon, or a political subdivision of any of those states, to be authorized to carry a concealed handgun pursuant to provisions of California law, as specified.
