Postsecondary education: state-funded student financial aid.

Abstract

Existing law establishes various student financial aid programs that are funded by the state or a public postsecondary educational institution. Existing law provides that provisions of law applicable to state funded need-based grants do not apply to regulate the awarding of scholarships that are privately funded. This bill would make a technical, nonsubstantive change to these provisions.
