Relating to Shelby County; to amend Section 3 of Act 79-524, 1979 Regular Session, (Acts 1979, p. 935), as last amended by Act 2015-343 of the 2015 Regular Session (Acts 2015, p. 1069), establishing a personnel board for employees of county law enforcement officers in the county; to provide for the compensation of the chief deputy sheriff, the operations manager, and up to two majors in the sheriff's department; and to repeal Act 2009-336 of the 2009 Regular Session (Acts 2009, p. 576), relating to the compensation of the chief deputy sheriff.
